Me And My Dogs provides exclusive luxury dog boarding on Lookout Mountain.  We cater to a limited number of families to ensure you always have a room when you need it, even on short notice.  As often as possible, dogs stay in their favorite room that is personalized for their individual needs.  They get to know and love my caretakers who spend one-on-one time with them.  It is my promise to provide the best dog boarding experience possible.

Each of the 8 rooms in the luxury house is large enough for two big dogs to be comfortable.  The rooms have a raised platform and a one inch thick floor mat; a large window for natural light; and a door to the secure outdoor space that has artificial turf with antimicrobial infill that inhibits the growth of bacteria, and prevents odors.  We provide blankets and bowls but you are welcome to bring a comfort kit of your dog's favorite things to make them feel at home.

It started by accident really.  In 2007 I was training obedience and later behavior modification with dogs that were fearful and anxious.  One of the vets that knew the work I was doing, referred a patient that pulled a chain link fence out of a concrete wall.  The dog owner no longer had a place to board Blu and asked if I would.  Reluctantly I said yes, he could board with me.  He was a perfect gentleman.  Blu is gone now, but he boarded with me for nine years.

Whispers started.  Soon I was boarding dogs that had no where else to go.  Shortly after, I met some nice folks from a rescue group.  They asked, can you board and train?  Sure, I said.  Now I prepare dogs for adoption.  Then the call came in 2009 that changed everything, "do you board normal dogs?"  "I guess I do."  Thanks to the all the wonderful people who have trusted me with their dogs, the Me And My Dogs family has grown, one happy dog at a time.
