Deluxe boarding is designed to care for dogs that are anxious, fearful or have other special needs.  At Me And My Dogs you can feel confident that your dog is a comfortable safe place.  The caretakers are trained to handle anxious dogs.  We never put dogs in play groups, instead we spend alone time loving and comforting them through play and touch to reduce their stress.

Me And My Dogs is your dog's second home.  It is unlike any dog boarding in the Chattanooga area.  I don't even call it a kennel.  The four cabins are small, but the rooms are not. Each room has plenty of space for your dog's own bed, blanket and toys.  One of the cabins has four double rooms to separate your dogs during feeding time or to give your elderly dog a break from the youngsters.  There are never more than 20 dogs, so it's clean, quiet and stress-free.

It started by accident really.  In 2007 I was training obedience and later behavior modification with dogs that were fearful and anxious.  One of the vets that knew the work I was doing, referred a patient that pulled a chain link fence out of a concrete wall.  The dog owner no longer had a place to board Blu and asked if I would.  Reluctantly I said yes, he could board with me.  He was a perfect gentleman.  Blu is gone now, but he boarded with me for nine years.

Whispers started.  Soon I was boarding dogs that had no where else to go.  Shortly after, I met some nice folks from a rescue group.  They asked, can you board and train?  Sure, I said.  Now I prepare dogs for adoption.  Then the call came in 2009 that changed everything, "do you board normal dogs?"  "I guess I do."  Thanks to the all the wonderful people who have trusted me with their dogs, the Me And My Dogs family has grown, one happy dog at a time.
